Play Read The Resolution Game
Everyone writes down their New Year’s Eve resolution on a slip of paper and puts them into a bowl.
Players take turns drawing out a resolution and others have to guess the resolution owner.
Person who guesses the most wins a prize.
ALTERNATE GAME TIP: Play Two Resolutions and a Lie: Similar to “Two Truths and a Lie,” but with resolutions—guess which is the false one.

- Start out the story on the first sticky note. (For example, Once upon a time there was a small…)
- The first person peels the Post-It Note story start off of the top and sticks it to the table. That person then writes a sentence to continue the story. They then place their story sentence on top of the previous sentence (hiding the previous sentence).
- The next person reads the only sentence that is showing, writes the next sentence to continue the story, and then places it on top of the other sentence. (There should only be one sentence showing at time.)
- Game play continues until all players have contributed a sentence.

New Year’s Eve Dare Pong
You’ll need plastic cups, ping pong balls, paper and pen, and a small basket of prizes.
Write funny, silly, or creepy challenges on the bottom of the plastic cups or on slips of paper that you put inside the cup. In some of the cups, write “PRIZE”
Place cups in a triangle shape on one end of the table.
Players stand at the other end of the table and take turns trying to bounce ping pong balls into the cups.
If you make it in the cup, you must do the dare or challenge listed in the cup. Or, you may get lucky and get PRIZE and get to pick a prize from the basket.
Mix up the cups regularly so people don’t know if they’re getting a prize or a dare!
